Friendly staff made check-in easy.
The room was filthy upon arrival. We found trash on the floor, unacceptable for a $155 charge. The AC was broken, and we didn't have any hot water . It was disappointing after a long drive.

We got beautifully maintained family room on the second level as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was marvellous in the middle of the city and the staff here was knowledgeable. It was 1 km from Pret a Manger, offering quick-service food😀

The views were fine and so engaging for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with children. Staff was friendly.

Lots of GOODies for breakfast. Well-maintained & decent sized unit on the second level. Marvellous and convenient location, in the middle of jackson. And near restaurants as well as local tourist attractions such as the Custer Battlefield.

The lodge is conveniently located near the custer battlefield. The queen room was spacious and had been recently painted. We also loved the outdoor heated pool with a water slide. My kids had a blast!
breakfast wasn't available as advertised.
